I still had this old Elliot template .

last time I think folk were discussing the head and shoulders pattern and retrace potential.

while you are being pretty pedantic about the 83 what you say is accurate if it closes on or above it and scores a minor double bottom support..It will be very close and reassuring..
But I wouldn't be 100%.. the longer term fib support down was broken at 90 and previously oversold by the same amount.these long term fibs are not that accurate. anyway close watch and the next fib down is 65

and next long trigger IMO would be the safe recovery of a Moving average..eg
the blue one is the 18 period ma..its about 105
check how it back tests ..
