Obviously its the placement thats setting the current price and accumulation level.
As you asked purely about the chart confirmation..If you look at its current Andrews Pitchfork Lower trading channel level
(the Green broken line) it confirms 15/15.5 as a base.
However the longer term lower trendline in yellow suggests backfilling the gap at 14-15 is also a possibility
