You may be right about defining a chart right now but my belief is,the way the buys are going thru, its certainly bot trading by an investment structure ... As for imminent announcements here is a choice due this calendar year..

� First data and potential completion of the spinal fusion trials;
� Further data and potential completion of the heart failure trial;
� First data from the LVAD trial;
� The BMT Special Protocol Assessment application being accepted by the FDA;
� Formal completion of the BMT trial, clearing of the pivotal trial by the FDA,
and initiation of that trial;
� IND filings for AMD/diabetic retinopathy, intervertebral disc repair and acute
myocardial infarction (the latter a refined version of an earlier IND);
� A potential licensing deal; and
� Animal data on new MPC indications.
That should keep the wolves away for some time ....Cheers
