Yes, Aksier, they have the urgency to get the money for survival.
It doesn't need to beg the bank or big investor to put the money in with unreasonable costs but it could base down this funding to get cheaper one.
The key for PRR is its CVac Phase III trial and the results. If the trial is successful and could get the allowance to produce its CVac product from FDA, 12million is nothing.
The risks are there but no immediate one. After the crisis passes, PRR has great chances to have the allowance from FDA. It would be the sunny day for the party and then if we bet on now we would collect our dollars.
I try to get myself into balance between risks and rewards in future. If I bet I would ignore all of the price blips until its Phase III trial is completed and give me a answer yes for great or no for nothing.
