HappyCats and matt, I agree that the new MD (the new blood or new leadership) is an important catalyst (potentially and hopefully) for RED.
But I also think a talent turning point may have been the hiring of mine manager Nestor M Casas (previously with Leighton) and others who joined him in Sept-Nov. We don't get details about the site mgt team's contribution, and Nestor alone probably could not make capital decisions (new pump, new power generator). But I think matters would have been much worse without the new site management team. time will tell.
