I cant remember HMC ever being cash flow positive, but they did pay a Div back in 2002, so your comment is correct.
Yes, constant earnings is the key...........hopefully it will continue from here on in.
The PE of 7 suggests that the market is still weighing up if they can maintain future earnings, normally you would expect the PE to be around 12-14 if the market felt it was for real.
