Is it possible to trade by spotting patterns in charts? Warren Buffett, the Sage of Omaha himself, had a simple verdict: no. He said, “I realised that technical analysis didn’t work when I turned the chart upside down and didn’t get a different answer.” He stuck to the polar opposite – fundamentals investing, where only the long-term financial prospects of a company are considered – and ended up the world’s richest man.. Some of the chartists recently posting their garbage as solid advice are delusional. The fundamentals of DRO are outstanding. The future pipeline of work is almost almost infinite until new warfare weapons are created. Even if the stock did drop to a dollar temporarily, why would you take the risk and sell when it is obvious the stock is going to keep going upward. The chartists are so myopic in their analysis that they miss the holistic view of the stock. Glad I’m not a chartist.
