Let's be real here man. Only reason it dropped to $1.15 is because of the CR that got announced. Had it not been announced, this would be trading between $1.30 - $1.45 as it was the last week or so.
Unless the chart has the ability to predict a Capital Raise was going to occur in early August, it was pure coincidence it happened lol.
