    I wouldn't say that I am a stalwart chartist, but I am prepared to offer an interpretation of the recent action, based on my understanding of the Richard Wyckoff Method,
    in particular the Wyckoff market phases of Markdown, Accumulation, Markup and Distribution.
    All prices that are quoted are the post consolidation equivalent price.
    I believe BLT has been in an extended accumulation phase but the recent action indicates the potential start of the next markup phase.
    The last Markdown phase came down from a post consolidation equivalent price of $24.19 in December 2003
