Not this time, Glyn confirmed that he still believed it would be signed within the 90 days objective ...so in my opinion it may well have been signed and P&G have stated when it is to be announced ....now some of you will disagree and that's fine ...I believe it is possible that in their agreement they may have the right to choose when it is announced....but I could be wrong, the clock is ticking .
