I would respectfully disagree Chalea. If it tests $2 again it would form a double bottom and a strong rise up.
I think the TAs on here are leaning towards a Reverse Head and shoulders here. Weakness in the SP should lead it down to $2.19 to form the right shoulder and then a solid reversal up with a short term target of $2.70.
(As I was writing that I believed the SP was $2.40, it is now $2.26, spooky!)
