chartists, where's the bounce?

Can't help thinking someone will wade in for a piece of this. PEK might be another. Good deposits are hard to come by and large players can snip them up with loose change and put them in their back pocket. I'm no expert but it's looking like that part of the cycle where there might be a transfer of assets about to happen. The Yanks seem to be showing signs of life which would sort a few things IMO.

So charties, where's the bounce?
