PDN in Toronto was holding up pretty well until the last minute. I don't worry about Dow. PDN is in a specific sector.
I do worry about the spot price. Some companies are desperately selling in the spot market.
That could include Russian companies, even Russian owned Uranium One - low cost producer. Putin is talking about stopping Natural Gas supplies to Europe. Uranium supplies could be stopped as well. The companies involved will want to sell quick.
Japan, we need you. We need you to at least approve the energy plan...... quick.....
