Cynata Therapeutics (ASX:CYP) - Forrest recapitalised Eco Quest Ltd (ASX:ECQ) and facilitated board changes (ECQ was formerly CYP). Forrest introduced and managed the investment by ECQ into the then private stem cell company Cynata. Forrest assisted with the execution of a license agreement by Cynata with WARF (commercialisation arm of The University of Wisconsin) covering a stem cell manufacturing technology. Forrest negotiated the 100% acquisition of Cynata by ECQ, negotiated with Mr Ross MacDonald & Dr Stewart Washer to join the board and raised $5 million via an underwritten prospectus. The principles of Forrest became substantial shareholders in CYP.
