I would say div on hold again in my opinion. As a holder i would prefer they focus on the balance sheet. Was never a big dividend stock anyway. I don't think the market is expecting a turnaround to such an extent that dividends are back on at pre downturn levels. Suspending dividend is an easier pill to swallow.
