The longer the J&J judgment takes the more likely it is likely to be a win for the plaintiffs. It is also a sign of the complexity of the case is that the case becomes more complex when damages are said to occur as opposed to the the position of no damages. Apart from the financial position of the company changing in debt/WIP and cash in hand, the company could also be re-rated on a P/E basis therefore suggesting a realistic 10-12 times FY20/21 earnings and therefore a $1.50 to $1.75 share price.
