Always interested in the chart chatter,although I don't follow MPO.Albeit asymetrical the daily displays a fairly nasty head and shoulders top which confirmed around 21 or 22.The formation height looks to be about 11 cents which deducted from the confirmation price gives a pretty low target I would halve the height to give a more coservative low.Either way it doesn't appeal for a long position.
