@signalFollower, looks like it's a bit of both. Mercury would possibly want to pause their sell down to allow the buy side to build a bit before continuing to sell, otherwise they would be selling at a lower price than they could get by waiting a bit. If their target is to reduce their holdings by 50%, then they may nearly be there. Some monitoring and guesswork will be needed to decide when the best time to top-up will be. About now or lower?
