Being in the top 20, I feel that it is already a privacy issue that my holdings are publicly disclosed, but one that I can live with. So if its good enough for T20 holders, then it seems only fair that it should be able to be applied to others. I get the point that T20 holders may have more influence on the share price, but level of influence does not seem to apply to privacy issues in many other domains.
Being in the top 20, I feel that it is already a privacy issue...
