when will you realise that charts are worthless?
They have no more rationality or credibility than a mad womans washing or tea leaves or the elves at the bottom of the garden.I have watched chartists for many years get all excited only to be thwarted by unpredictable fundamentals.
In Telstras case , TLS is a good stock not to be underestimated, however, there are forces at work that chartists simply have no idea of and can not predict. An example of these forces may be the Future Fund deciding to unload another truckload of shares, or buy more, or a Coalition win and some new policy regarding the NBN, or an announcement by TLS of profit growth and or increased dividend due to growth of free cashflow, or a labor win and an even harsher deal being pushed by CONroy.
Nothing replaces an quality analysis and certainly not charting.
