If this is being sold down because of fears of being cash flow neutral because of acquisitions, then I am more than happy to keep buying and adding to my parcel, as I think this will be worth multiples of where it is now, in the not-too-distant future.
This may also be a good short for some whilst they collect before the next big run. Nothing surprises me anymore in these markets.
