Who knows, not sure if this cap raising has anything to do with plant negotiations...doubt it though as previous announcement suggested 'over next 6 months'.
I would expect if plant purchase is made before the feasibility is finished (around Oct) that it would be another cap raising...then further CAPEX after development decision would be debt & equity...but anyones guess. Integra probably don't even know yet, bit early.
All I know are runs are being scored continually...the market just doesn't realise it. But it will.
