For the first time since the announcement, buy side looks like it will close on the sell side. Looks to me like the big guys have their storage tanks full, there are some huge quantities sitting in the palms of very powerful traders. I'm taling myself out on a limb here, but I think 39c could be the bottom. A 20yr $2b deal is worth more than that!
