The SP has been oversold and was consistently heading lower for a significant duration (by CNB standards), and dropped below CR price. No surprise to see a bit of buying interest today following the last few weeks.
A standout announcement would be amazing, but to me this buying action is a response to fair value rather than anticipation or leaks. Hopefully an announcement still comes through regardless.
