I won't pretend to be a chartist, but looks like the cup and handle might be playing out starting from 25 July 2022 - Upper of 1.270, lower of ~0.700 and breakout of handle at 1.080. Would set a target of around 1.650.
There are a lot of (probably meaningless) lines on this chart...
