I must admit I was thinking the most likely reason was some pub talk in the Pilbara. CNB drilling in progress. if CAD has hit something this may be enough reason for some solid buying.
The other less likely reason is that an investor, Sumitomo perhaps, has understood the scale and grades at Nil Desperandum and are slowly accumulating.
I don't think this has anything to do with commodity prices.
Perhaps others have other ideas?
