It does strike me that some sort of relationship with Sumitomo provides an element of derisking for both parties. At least it puts options on the table, even if both companies end up with sufficient resource for independent operations.
I see that CNB are in the Warden's Court in Perth on Friday. The tenement number is E45/5743, looks like the one hosting Bastion etc, though I may have read the map wrong. I'm no expert on the court process, could this be relevant?
