Did he also pump a worthless product (history has shown that), then sell $6million of stock for personal gain? Did he also claim $69m of minimum contracted revenue to maintain an inflated sp and facilitate a cr then get an ASX investigation to reveal the truth that it could be cancelled at anytime without penalty? That $69m wasn't minimum revenue the next 3 years and that the contracts didn't even start immediately but when they decided to start selling (Ingram Canada haven't yet). The ASX found the deceit and have done nothing since! Not yet anyway...
