Unfortunately, things are clearly shaping up to be going from bad to worse for MIN
The failure of this current Board to have strengthened the balance sheet over the last 8 weeks means that - it’s clearly difficult to find a new quality Chairman to replace the incumbent - it’s going to be most challenging to find an experienced executive to take on the poison chalice of CE role - the stock price is very vulnerable to further surprises with haul road, Dow falls, lithium prices, ASIC discovery, rising debt/operational losses, class actions etc etc
maybe the company could come clean on the current level of debts … if the Board is so confident that the balance sheet doesn’t need urgent repair?
