Here's a chart of CEO which attempts roughly to show where we are at the present moment technically- from the viewpoint of possibilities of a trade action ie buy, sell or hold.
In this chart, the trend of the cycles of CEO are plotted in degrees. As you can see, the crossover of the indicator to the upside of the horizontal line at zero degrees appear to show the entry or re-entry points at the lows of the stock (or very near to the lows). I have marked these points roughly with the red circles and with corresponding arrows from the indicator to the price to show these points.
At the present moment, we are roughly hooking up from the bottom just slightly below 80 degrees - a point in the past where it has pointed to a possible rebound to come soon where the indicator will then crossover the zero degree horizontal line to the upside.
