    At 95c we are about 30% lower than previous high...and cobalt prices are about 20% lower than prevuious peak, however much stronger tailwinds
    than previous SP high 2018.

    1) New US / AUD strategic mineral funding initaitives - Joe our CEO core part 4 ceo delegation
    2) Federal govt stargeic importance letter - remove red tape.
    3) Ongoing discussion EV OEM's customers
    4) Progess on mining pilots and validation of appreoach

    Next 1 to 3 mponths....we must break SP > $1.30
    assume Cobalt price continue and our new tailwinds

    Long term fully operational mine, we are look at SP of $3.50 to $4.50
