    question - When a company has an announcement to make are they required by ASX to immediately make the announcement or is the company entitled to pick and choose the timing of the announcement.

    If so, it brings me to my next question .. is there an optimum time to make an announcement - pre open , morning , afternoon, after close, the weekend, mondays ...?

    just something i was wondering...
