Mate - I've seen nearology attitudes. The industry is full of rivalry - I would say alphas, but many are just betas - better to cooperate beneficially where possible, IMO.

The lone factor here that is not discussed is Sovereign Risk - reason being is that you can't predict it, and furthermore when it affects the operator they do not share it with the stakeholders.. So think Mozzie will be OK - but keeping an open mind,
