    I bought TOL at $7.41 on 2 June 2009. Man I feel stupid now, because the charts "told" me on 2 June 2009 that TOL was a technical buy.

    If TOL is predicted to merely get to $7.66 in 12 months time, then this is totally crap investment for me.
