I was always impressed with the board. Very inquisitive and thoughtful. However, they were never given the full story. They would get what Jacksonville wanted them to hear, and because JM was barricaded in AU for 18 months, there was no chance to truly understand the market. Biggest mistake was JM not moving to US when Covid started. If she was unable or unwilling, an executive with a history of success in US surgical sales should have been hired. Dustin had zero experience and ran free for 18 months.
