If the deal is anywhere near as bad as the Bactisure deal, then it’s lights out. Zimmer makes all the money on that deal and NXS basically gets nothing for the pleasure as there financials so indicate. How this “past her time” managing director (Judith) can hold on to the Managing Director role is mind-boggling as she’s terminated everyone around her over the years yet at the end of the day it surely couldn’t be about her inability to understand the US market and execute now could it be? This board is a bunch of bloody puppets. Good riddance until they clean house - the board included!
