Packaging issues have been around since 1 year prior to launch. COO had no OR experience and chose the wrong bottle. In early trials, nurses, techs and sales managers complained but were told it was not an issue. It is extremely difficult to puncture and use. At the time, the execs all said it would take over 1 year to get approval for a new bottle. That was over 2 years ago. A squeeze type bottle would be simpler to open and allow the surgeon to irrigate with pressure by squeezing the bottle. This would save OR time, negate the need for a pulse lavage system (both time and $ savers), and significantly increase sales. At some point, NXS needs a new exec team. I know I've been saying this for a long time, but the board needs to wake up and clean house.

Hi Everyone, jb5757 provided interesting information about the packaging issues. My posting was removed by Mr. Moderator for unknown reasons. Perhaps NXS management does not want the information on this packaging problem public . The information from my sales bud is good. She confirmed jb5757s statement on the difficulty puncturing the experience bottle resulting in rubber particles falling into the fluid. Docs are not pleased with this . According to jb5757 NXS management knew about this 1 year prior to launch! any possibility their will be a recall? Maybe I'll still invest but want to know what is going to be done about the packaging problem
