In regards the contract being up in a year - that would be great, although it said three years in the May presentation ?

Looking back over history the contract was signed in November 2018 to commence in January 2019 :

On November 10, 2018, NXS announced an exclusive distribution agreement with 3M was to commence on January 1, 2019;

As @ReverY commented above, now that the KCI acquisition has been completed by 3M there are no more excuses considering the lower sales were blamed on the transitioning process.

It would be a great relief if 3M comes through for BlastX after this not very happy start .
