I was watching the action - one bid for 1.8 mill (I think) started it off and others followed. Seems to indicate someone knows something - after all, why wait to buy that amount in the auction if you don't have to? Cheaper to get smaller parcels during normal hours (usually).
I expect an announcement tonight or tomorrow. If not for one of the projects, at least a speeding ticket.
