I've read all the posts using charts as a predictive tool after Shell announcement and I'm more convinced than ever that they are next to useless when applied to news driven specs like FAR. The chartists had it oversold and recovering to 6+ etc. etc. etc. All wrong!! I mean no offence but the next FAR move of any consequence will come when Senegal approves the extension requested and will jump again if a new DRILLING partner is announced. Charts will find leaks, but all they've shown with FAR and Shell is that they had none of any consequence.Price movements have NOT been predicted accurately. my advice to new chums( in the specs only )is to not BUY or SELL on the advice of a well meaning chartist.
