I think this may have been the market's thought process:
- Her-VAXX 1B results are late and IMU have not reported on progress
- Instead, they had a CR and bought a different basket of IP based on similar tech
- Therefore, Her-VAXX is not working as well as they expected and they hope to get some good results from the new acquisition
- This will take ages, so I'll sell now until some good news comes through

I honestly think that results are late because they've had a harder time recruiting subjects than expected. This happened previously around the end of 2017. The trial was running 6 months later than they had planned. Progress wasn't bad, it was just late, but the share price languished.

So I believe the same is happening now. They will report results when they are ready. The trial is running late. When results come through (if good) the share price will fly back up to where it was (or higher).

So - good time to buy.
