great chart there mate.im a big fan of divergence as well,lets see if she can put in a higher low which we are hoping for.last nites candle seems to be an inside day,so we could expect a big move tonite.monday nites action brought the dow to a 50% retrace level of the current rally from nov lows,last nites rally seemed to have recaptured the 38.2% from memory and managed to close near the highs for the day.could be something to do with GM bailout news,who knows.as your charrt shows,the possible base that is forming could be the base we are looking for to give us the intermediate term counter rally.

So as it stands, the dow seems to be trying for a higher swing bottom to commence a intermediate term counter rally of 60-90 days.
