Kevi's chart is excellent, but, to be exact, major resistance is @ 35.5 if you check back in August. Forget the tails on the candles.

BLY has broken that now, and this week we have a doji (if you look at the weekly)... so far.

Unfortunately volume has not increased lately (contrary to another post) ... and stochastics are in overbought territory, but..... BLY has broken that resistance back in August & RSI is looking good on the weekly and not looking overbought either.

Will be interesting!!
