Hmm...”no interest for 4 years” but they omit to say that it is on the proviso that you pay your credit card on time. I think the regulators could have a problem with this on the grounds that it can be misleading. In my view APT and ZIP fees and charges are on the surface more transparent. I also wonder how disputes over purchases would be resolved. What are the rights of all parties? And how does all this get regulated?
