irp,what do you call smatr money,hedge funds brokers and banks that have gone down the gurgler,in the last few mths,or atute buyers of sbn,anyone that has picked up shares under .04 cents i would call verry verry smart,we will be buying more as funds come to hand,and always.....dyor.
