I thought I made that reasonably clear in the Technical sense...there are some elements forming , precursors to a breakout. as for a bias in the breakout direction ..I was hoping to attract some further opinion on those better versed on the FA/TA consensus.....
Its the FA conclusions that need to be made ..
perhaps we may have a clue from lynas........(groan)
