@blazer77 - its a smallish bull flag that you would expect would give a target above 60c -- But !! PLS has been range trading for some considerable time and has strong overhead resistance at 59c - so currently you have a small bull flag contained in a shallow uptrend fork in a stock thats consolidating within an accumulation range.
below is a link to an updated chart of a similar bull flag i highlighted the other day on A2M and it has broken out o the upside.
