Thanks Madmacs, you did. My humble apologies. As others have alluded, PLS needs more than drilling results to get the sp moving. It needs to confirm full funding for the project, more off take agreements with a substantial pre-payment as well as indication that it has all the necessary permits to build the plan, not to mention a statement concerning the privatisation of the Utah & whether it impacts on PLS. This may all be revealed tomorrow.
