these focus in on 97 being the current trendline convergence for a Long breakout..safer when the RED 30 period weighted MA breaks. the lower blue base is long term at 88. hope this helps
the Williams above 50 is also confirmation long
I have back tested it when it trades above the MA.
note it is rising atm though not a buy untill it reaches the MA which should occur concurrently
