    Okay I back at work looking at the old Elliott Wave theory books I have.

    Wave 3. A minimum target for the top of wave 3 can be obtained by multiplying the length of wave 1 by 1.618 and adding that total to the bottom of 2.

    So for INP, wave 1 = 68 cent x 1.618 = 1.10. So 96 cents plus 1.10 = 2.06.

    Thats looks good to me for a start.
